Accommodations & Pricing
Shared Accommodations (for two guests)
Two double beds | $3,500 per person
Ideal for friends traveling together. Both guests must register together, though payments may be made separately.
Private Accommodation (for one guest)
One king bed | $4,400 per person
To reserve your spot, please complete the registration form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a secure payment link for a 50% deposit, which must be completed within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. Please allow up to one business day to receive your payment link. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure (November 25, 2026).

Private transportation from Denver or Vail Eagle can be arranged for an additional fee.
Lift tickets and ski rentals are not included but can be arranged.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Final, non-refundable payment is due November 25, 2026.
Guests will receive a detailed itinerary and welcome guide prior to departure.
Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
Alcoholic beverages are not included in group meals.
